For event planning and organisational purposes/ for an attempt to land or base somewhere else other than the Internet, it'd be nice if we made a list of where everybody is from. It's also quite good for organizing chats for event planning etc. in order to compensate for the 6 timezones that the North American continent spans across. If you're not comfortable with stating exactly what city/town you're from, it's fine. Perhaps the next big city near you or in the proximity of, etc. Or perhaps even just what general area of where in North America i.e. south of Quebec Canada, north of California US etc.
